LOCATION Park Slope Center is located on the 2^nd floor of a two-story medical building at 348 13^th Street, between 6^th and 7^th Avenues, in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn. DIRECTIONS By Subway: F train to 7^th Avenue Station. Use 7^th Avenue Exit. Walk 4 blocks to 13^thStreet, turn right. OR R train to 9^th Street Station (4th Avenue). Walk 2 avenue blocks south to 6^th Avenue then 4 blocks west to 13^th Street and turn left. By bus: B67 to 12^th Street & 7^th Avenue OR B69 to 12^th Street & 8^th Avenue. Walk one avenue block to 13^th Street. Turn right. OR B75 to 9^th Street & 7^th Avenue. Walk 4 blocks to 13^th Street. Turn right. By car: Parking garages are located on both 11^th and 12^th Streets between 7^th & 8^th Aves. Ambulette or Access-a-Ride: Special assistance with transportation can be arranged if needed.
